In a yet another smartphone launch from Vivo in India, the focus is on the selfie feature. The Vivo Y69 priced at Rs. 14,990 will go on sale from September 1 and will be available through e-commerce giants Flipkart and Amazon and via offline stores. The device is equipped with a 16-megapixel front camera that has f/2.0 aperture, Samsung S5K3P3ST sensor, and Moonlight Glow light. But it is the camera modes on Y69 such as Group Selfie, Bokeh, and Live Photo that the company has been touting about. The smartphone will be available in Matte Black and Champagne Gold color variants.
Physical and Electronic Attributes Gather Attention too
The physical and electronic attributes of the device are surely not a miss. The dual-SIM Vivo Y69 operates on Funtouch OS 3.2 and sports a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Along with this, the device boasts of a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6570 SoC along with 3GB RAM.
Moving beyond the front camera setup, the rear features of the Vivo Y69 need as much attention. The device bears a 13-megapixel camera with a Samsung S5K3L8 sensor, f/2.2 aperture and dual-LED flash. Along with this, the device bears a fingerprint scanner on the home button.
The inbuilt storage of 32GB of the device can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card having its own dedicated slot. The connectivity options of the device include Bluetooth v4.2, 4G VoLTE, Micro-USB, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, and 3.5mm audio jack. The sensors on the device include accelerometer, digital compass, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor. The smartphone weighs 162.8 grams and have dimensions of 154.6x75.7x7.7mm.
