Global smart phone maker, Samsung after launching Galaxy S9 plus, and Galaxy S9, this year have made critics wonder about the company’s next year plans. Samsung which is known for its design and display, did not disappoint its loyal customers and critics, as Galaxy S9 was powered by Exynos 9810 Octa for EMEA countries and Qualcomm SDM845 Snapdragon chipset for LATAM/USA, China. The phone had a super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels. According to a Bloomberg report, Samsung is all set to release three Galaxy S10 models along with foldable phone in next year.
The report, fueled the speculation regarding the long waited folded smartphone. The S10 and S10 plus are expected to have the company’s signature curved OLED screens with an in display finger print sensor. In display finger print sensor was first brought by VIVO, this year, setting up a new benchmark. The phone is expected to have three camera on its back and a selfie camera which is designed to be tucked under the screen. Report regarding the camera has made a cloud of doubt among the tech experts, but rumors suggest that the company is trying to build display having tiny holes which will give enough space for camera to work.
Bloomberg also mentioned that the company is trying the S10 prototypes without a headphone jacks. However, it is said that the company hasn’t yet decided to remove the connector entirely. The report also contained detailed regarding the foldable smartphone which was codenamed “Winner”
