Motorola Plans to Launch the 4th Generation Moto E in India Earliest by May

Motorola, a U.S. based company is planning to launch the 4G version of its well-known and in-budget Moto E in India earliest by May. The new gadget is priced lesser than 10,000 to keep it affordable and compete with the models of Yu and Xiaomi. Motorola which was adopted by a Chinese giant Lenovo from Google last year carry the sells through Flipkart in India. The 4G version of Moto E is believed to stand in comparison with Lenovo’s A6000, Xiaomi Redmi Note G and Yu’s Yureka.

The General Manager of Motorola India, Amit Boni stated that the company is hoping to launch the product in the next two months. He informs that Motorola has already announced the launch of 3G and 4G versions of Moto E across fifty countries in Asia, Europe, North America, and Latin America. 
In U.S. the new unlocked handset will be made available at a price of US$149.99 for 4G and US$119.99 for the 3G version.  Amit Boni further adds that the price for India has not been decided as yet but it is expected to be less than 10,000 definitely. 

As per the research of CyberMedia, Apple’s iphone was the biggest 4th generation LTE smart phone seller in India which holed a market share of around 45% in the third quarter of 2014. 

The second generation of Moto E that was launched on Tuesday has Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with a 1.2GHz quad-core CPU along with advanced graphics. The model is priced at Rs 6,999 in India which is exclusively available on Flipkart for sale.
