Tobago and Trinidad Continues to Excel at ITB 2015

Trinidad and Tobago, Port of Spain commenced their active participation at the ITB yesterday. The event was set up with a press conference updating the German media about the various product offerings of the destination. The conference at the ITB Convention in Berlin was attended by the CEO of the Trinidad and Tobago Tourism Development Company Limited (TDC), as well as by the President of Pan Trinbago and Secretary for Tourism and Transportation in the Tobago House of Assembly (THA).
Tracy Davidson and Chin both provided an overview of the destination with Chin emphasizing on the opportunities that exist in the business tourism in Trinidad. TDC has established continued push towards constructing a sustainable tourism product for a bright and successful future. He mentioned this in reference to the Blue Flag award to Las Cuevas achieved recently and their position in Sports tourism as a leader in the region for the scheduled opening of the new sporting centers.
Davidson-Celestine has introduced a canopy tour for those visitors inclined and interested in adventure and eco-tourism. The tour will give the visitors an opportunity to utilize thirteen lines to fasten up through the Western Hemisphere’s most erstwhile protected rainforest.
In the Port of Scarborough, another tourist attraction is the sunken relics. The Tobago’s rich historical past has plans to be converted into an in land and underwater museum.
The forthcoming International Conference on Panorama and Pan was marked by Mr. Keith Diaz. President of Pan Trinbago gave an introduction on the national instrument and shared a few updates on the conference scheduled for August 2015 (4-9) in Tobago and Trinidad.
