Driverless Car from Audi to Soon become Reality

The newly tweaked car from Audi has made its debut at CES (Consumer Electronics Show) in Shanghai this week. This car has all the expected statistics of a super electric vehicle care which will be able to achieve a top speed of around 250 kilometers per hour, even though it has electrically powered engine. Nonetheless, this new re-vamped car can be recharge in just under two hours.
The new R8 e-tron is not just a new concept. It was displayed to the public in the year 2012, however, it has for the first time the car has its own autonomy and will be able to drive itself according to its environment.
Apart from being the typical EV technology, this car’s thinking is derived from a range of array of sensors along with the video cameras which track other cars’ movement and the laser scanners that send the collected data to the vehicle’s virtual brain that generates a picture of its surrounding environment.
To deliver the car its debut event in China is a planned one as the German auto maker similar to others it trying to make it big in one of the globe’s largest economies, in spite of the fact that the high-end luxury cars demand has declined in the year 2015. To further lift this integration in the country and also appease the nation’s government, the computer systems in the car will be run by China’s software with plans to include the system Baidu’s CarLife to power the R8 e-tron’s entertainment system. Moreover, Huawei will be powering the data transfer technology in this electric vehicle.
